Aki suggested rearranging files on ftp like this instead:

http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/releases/maemo/LANG/firefox.install 

We havent done this for fennec before, so will need to test. But its similar to
what we do for Firefox, so should just work. Will test as soon as dep.bug is
fixed.

We got sidetracked by checksum problem with the single-locale debs, which is now fixed. We've also rearranged all the single-locale debs to be in subdirectories, one per locale, just like firefox. 

Now trying to confirm if the bouncer entries work as is, for multi and for single-locale, or if we need to do anymore here.

1) Moved multi-locale firefox.install from http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/releases/maemo/ to http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/releases/maemo/multi. (Making multi locale look like a fake new locale)

2) changed bouncer entry from /mobile/releases/maemo/firefox.install (what we've done for all previous fennec RCs) to /mobile/releases/maemo/en-US/firefox.install (new to handle single-locales for first time).
