Details
1) right click on a windowless flash control that's playing video
2) click on browser ui, or try and open a new browser window from the taskbar
3) dismiss context menu by selecting something on it (quality->high)
prior to dismissal:
1) sound for video keeps playing but video stops while context is open
2) browser does not open new windows or react to user input
after dismissal:
1) ui reacts and new browser windows open
2) video accelerates forward as non-queued wm_paint events get flushed to the control
3) cpu spike
