message headers pane doesn't appear.

Details
when reading a message, often the headers panes (the toolbars that give you
subject, from, date, etc, info about the msg you're reading) aren't there (I'm
not talking about the msg header tree widget which is showing up fine). I have
to goto "View->Headers" and toggle between the two to force a redraw.

You can get the headers by forcing a redraw as well: Just move the divider
between folder tree and message list by 1 pixel.
