In Firefox 3.6, the built in add-ons manager only keeps your most recent 8 personas. This has turned into one of the top questions on the personas google group: how do I get it to save more?
The solution is basically you can't. You can either bookmark the individual persona pages (and have as many as you want) or install personas plus and get an account on the personas site and use the favorites feature to mark personas as favorites.
Personas will start linking to SUMO at some point for support and we'd like to make sure that this issue is covered on our site before then.

I'll need some more info on "install personas plus and get
an account on the personas site and use the favorites feature to mark personas
as favorites."
Is that all one solution? I know we can tell users to go to <http://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/#plus>, but does Personas Plus automatically include a personas account?

No.
1. You must install personas from the above URL
2. Go to https://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/signin?return=/gallery/All/Favorites and register an account.
3. Manually add any favorite personas to your favorites.
Signing into the website will automatically sign follow through to the addon.

Okay, so it's all one solution, but separate steps.
