54368 - Can't see caret/cursor anywhere on Mail, IM, and Composer compose windows

Not sure if this is layout issue or an ender issue, but I can not see the caret
while typing in Mail compose, IM compose, or Composer.

Steps:
1) Open a new email message
(Notice no caret when window initially appears.  There is a separate bug on this)
2) Type some text and notice that you still do not have a caret
3) Place the cursor in the middle of some text and notice you still do not have
a caret

Actual Results: No caret even after typing text

Expected Results: Caret when window opens and when you type

Build Date/Platform: 2000092608 on NT

Nominating for nsbeta3 since not seeing a caret in compose windows will impact
all users.  Surprisingly, I do see a caret when filling out forms in Navigator.

is this the bug where the cursor will come back if you change focus and then 
return?

If change focus means minimizing window and opening it again, then yes the caret 
comes back.

Dup. (See comments about focus behaviour in 52150).
A fix was just checked in.
