As part of the work to streamline the 3.0.x release procedures, I'd like to improve the beta release notes pages, what's new and start pages.

The main idea is that for each release we'll just have to:

1) Copy (or maybe move?) the previous 3.0.x beta's release notes to a new directory.
2) Update information in the header.
3) Publish.

The first patch I'm attaching updates the existing 3.0.1rc release notes:

- Separates out variables to the header and document them
- Merges the two paragraphs about rumbling edge list of fixes and the complete list into one.
- Pulls across the add-on manager text change that we did on the main release notes.
- Changes the download section to match that of Firefox - so that users who no longer wish to participate in Beta can also know about the download of the normal release.
- Adds Windows 7 to the list of profile locations (I also did this for the current 3.0.1 release notes).
- In the FAQ we'll now point to generic versions of add-ons.mozilla.org and let the site figure out which locale we're on (rather than forcing en-US).

3.0.x Release Notes Update

Looks good.
This does the same php replacement for the what's new page as per the release notes page.

I've also included updates for 3.0.2 which also includes a change to the "complete list of changes" url as 3.0.2 is only based fixes from one gecko version, rather than 3.0.1 which was based on fixes from two gecko versions.

I think with this the beta pages for 3.0.2 should be pretty much ready to go.

I think I've done as much as I can for the beta pages, so marking fixed. I'll be raising a separate bug for the 3.0.x release notes.
