If i drag an open container inside the same parent it preserves its openness, if i drag it to another parent it closes. In the bookmarks sidebar open Mozilla Firefox folder, drag it to Unsorted bookmarks, it should stay open, instead on drop it is closed.
This works for me on the latest Firefox nightly 60.0 on Mac.
