Here's what I intend to use as a 3.7a1 release config. I've: * synced up the mozconfigs (I didn't include the -j flags, because we've purposely left those off for release builds) * turned off l10n tagging by making it conditional on having l10n platforms * emptied out l10nPlatforms * updated the release_config1.py symlink to point at central instead of 1.9.1. All we need now is the changeset.
