Johnathan Nightingale did an excellent job pointing out some of the initial pain points to using Bugzilla at Mozilla aka BMO. Although many of the pain points cannot be fixed with software, many more can. This meta bug tracks the improvements suggested by this video and other videos he or his community might create for new members of the BMO community. Unlike the HCI metabug [ bug 490786] these sets of bugs focus more closely on how to go from being a newbie to a bmo Ninja and help steer folks into that direction.
