Despite defined style
A:hover { color: black; background-color: #E3940B; }
all 28 links don't colorize onmouseover.
Works well on IE4/5 and previous Mozilla versions.
Doesn't anymore on 2000092720/Win95.
This seems like a regression.

Also happens on http://hadrian.ods.org/ on nightly build 2000092721. Previous
day's build worked just fine.

Bet it has to do with work being done on bug 5693 or other bug under its block
tree. Definitely a [REGRESSION].
