Hit a couple issues with them:
* Branding is different - we need 'PRODUCT=firefox' for downloading/uploading and (in this case) 'PRODUCT=mozilladeveloperpreview' for the actual signing.
* No locales means to XPI dirs, which causes the sign-files target to fail
