here's what comes out of the printer:

"Unsupported format/operation requested for "addbook:" URL.
This is pretty bad, and pretty simple to fix. Will attach a patch today.

printing should work from all local addressbooks now.  (remote or LDAP 
addressbooks won't work yet, I'll start a new bug on that.)
