(Whiteboard: [CLOSEME 2011-2-25])
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10_6_2; en-us) AppleWebKit/531.21.8 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.4 Safari/531.21.10
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20091221 Firefox/3.5.7
In every important website, IE financial, credit card, etc, attempting to open an important link results in a blank window with "type a web address" in the address bar. I can read part of the action in this example:
"javascript:popmqdetailwindow('http: then the url)
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Attempt a non-ad function such as a payment popup window.
2.a blank popup appears with nonsense in the address bar
3.
Actual Results:
This happens on every HTTPS banking website. Not sure if this is important. Only happens on this version. IE: this is a new bug unique to this version.
Expected Results:
A popup with an action item occurs such as a choice or an answer.
The Javascript window should have opened and provided the intended function. This is so bad, I can't use Firefox for my banking functions any more.

Are you sure that this isn't caused by an add-on, plug-in, customized setting or profile corruption? Please retry in safe-mode / with a new profile:
