Assuming you're talking about the header obscuring the top story and its associated image, that's due to the site's broken layout when Block Web Advertising is checked.

That is right, when

"Block Web.. is not mark"

The Sites are not broken. I test it also with Safari.
No Glimmerblocker or Something.

I think also its the "Block Web.."
