when i log into the game called runescape the this little bar appears at the bottom on the page and that shouldn't be happening as i could the page in full

Steps to Reproduce:
1.u may have to create an account
2.after that log in 
3.
Actual Results:  
a bar pops up at the bottom of the page when actually you can the page.

Expected Results:  
it maybe have been java
