The context menu that pops up when you right click in the browser usually has
"Back" at the top, but not always.  For example, when over a link, the first
item is "Open Link in New Window".  This is a poor choice for usability because
"Back" is almost certainly the most often wanted option, and since it's usually
at the top, it is too easy to select "Open Link in New Window" (or whatever)
when one means to select "Back".  Especially since the user wanting to go back
probably won't notice that the pointer is over a link when he right clicks, as
this fact is irrelevant to his intended action.  Nor is there any good
motivation for promoting "Open Link in New  Window" to the top, since this is an
infrequent action.  Further, "Back" was always the first choice in Netscape 4
(for Unix at least).  I am used to picking the first item in the context menu to
go back without ever looking, and I will be very disappointed if I can't do this
in mozilla.

page elements (links, images, frames, ...).

We currently behave like 4.x If this is to be changed it will need to be
addressed in UI Design Feedback.

Asa, your premise is false, at least for Netscape 4.x Linux.  If I right click
on a normal text link in Netscape 4.75, the first item in the context menu is
"Back".  In 9/28 mozilla Linux, the first item is "Open Link in New Window".

I am asking for Netscape 4.x behavior, in particular that "Back" always come first.
