Details

First step to getting search templates look like our current SUMO is to get the base layout and css set up. This bug tracks that and also makes progress towards bug 546786.

First draft at: http://github.com/pcraciunoiu/kitsune/tree/bug-547279 Also began search templates on the same branch. Still didn't get the hang of the git workflow :)
Merged back to development branch: http://github.com/pcraciunoiu/kitsune/commit/b90fc3c722e86b40e107967a7bec8a41f06dc7b0 The layout folder has the header and footer markup. The CSS and required images follow along. All user-facing text should be localizable.
Forgot to close this. I think we've got the common stuff done, at least enough for search. It may change as we implement other features.
