This is actually a design flaw that goes back to 3.0, but with the new designs it's more and more apparent. The line-weight for the reload button should match the other buttons... specifically the Stop button. The "arrow" at the end of the Reload button should probably stylistically match the new Back/Forward buttons and the Go button, but that's more a matter of taste.
