Steps to Reproduce:
1. Populate your awesome bar with history
2. Go to Controls -> Preferences
3. Click on the Clear button in the Clear Private Data row entry
4. Go back to the awesome bar
5. Close and return to the awesome bar

Actual Results:
In step 4, my history is still in my awesome bar. In step 5, its gone.

Expected Results:
My history should be cleared in step 4 instead of step 5.

Attachment: patch

This patch adds an observer for the cache purge notification and an observer for bookmark changes. Both observers will kick off an update of the cache.

The update is not instant, but set on a timer, which is the normal case for the cache updates.
