Details
If you go to the list of bugs in Mozilla, the sidebar opens. I don't think
that's suppose to happen.

Can you give us some more details on this like build info and how you produced
this bug?
I'm currently running Moz Build 100308 on Win 98 and that has not occured.

I hack around in bugzilla all the time, and i've never had it open for me by
itself. Only time it ever opens for me by itself is at google, which it's
supposed to do
