Source revision is still pending; oldVersion isn't required until we need to create updates or do l10n, whichever comes first. Double checked release mozconfigs - only new difference is no ccache for linux, which is fine by me.

The name "Mozilla Developer Preview" takes up much space and it should switch to just "DevPreview".
