Hover over the link. The link should turn red when hovering Actual Results: Nothing happens. Expected Results: according to the inline stylesheet of the page, the link should turn red upon the mouse hovering over it. This is major in my opinion since so many people use this functionality.

Verified dupe. The code for doing this was backed out a few days ago because it was hurting performance too much. Not to worry though, a new way of implementing this without hurting performance is being developed, according to comments in bug 5693.
