more and more users reported that the download count is always zero though they download many times during the study.

Add one more extension that effects the download count: PDF Extension (on Mac)
Not sure what will be the solution here, any suggestions?

update: The current instrumentation on download manager may not be valid now since FX 4 Beta has changed some code there. We need to investigate if we need a new instrumentation.
