Our organization is running into an issue when we have a IFRAME that isn't at the very most top position of the page ( e.g. a div is before it with a height of like 100px and the iframe is below it ) and a silverlight object inside the IFRAME with the parameter of "windowless".  The mouse position of the silverlight object seems to be offset that the same offset that the iframe is from the top of the page.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a div with a height of 100px.
2. Create an IFRAME with width of 100% and height of 500px
3. Put an Silverlight object inside that iframe with the parameter "windowless".
Actual Results:  
The mouse in the silverlight is offset the same offset as the iframe from the top of the page.

Expected Results:  
The mouse be in the right position.
