The borders of the scrollbar graphics are inprecise. It looks like there were
more content above, although the scrollbar is already the the very top.
Screenshot attached. It is just 1-2 px, but these 1-2px can mean 1 msg in large
folders.
What is the bugzilla email address of Nikhil Bhatla <nbhatla@netscape.com>? I
think, he checked this in, but this address is not in bugzilla.

Maybe I something went wrong with the email address. He seems to be the default
owner.
