549275 - Ability to filter the pushlog by user id

Steps to reproduce:
 1) Push to try.
 2) Go to sleep.
 3) Come back next morning and try to locate the results of your tryserver run.

Actual results:
Your run is not on the first page of the pushlog. You need to browse backwards in time and scroll to locate your run. Waiting for the log to parse interrupts your flow.

Expected results:
Expected to be able to give my email address used as the hg user id to the pushlog to get a filtered view that only shows my pushes.

I was working on that tonight because this is quite annoying when pushing to try.
This patch is only adding a way to specify the pusher in the URL. I guess we could add a real UI as a follow-up.

No need for that var, you can pass it down to Data just like noIgnore.

I guess this is the best we can do for now with the current infrastructure.
