The tabs view makes it seem like we're trying to sync, but we fail because we're not logged in.
For the Firefox UI, we will display a warning in this case.  If Fennec does this too... we should file a separate bug.

This is pretty hard to get to (open the UI, then disconnect, then attempt to refresh the list) at this point.  Morphing this bug accordingly.
