551261 - Mozilla crashes immediately upon opening or locks up

User-Agent:       Opera/9.80 (Windows NT 5.1; U; en) Presto/2.5.22 Version/10.50
Build Identifier: firefox 3.6 

In the upper left it says restore session and just below it says loading. but it doesn't load, just locks up. so i click out of it and get a message that this program is not responding.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. click on mozilla. that's all you have to do.
2.
3.



After reading some earlier entries, i got rid of the cooliris program. that didn't help.

Reporter contacted me via email and said that he no longer experiences the issue after getting a new computer from his company.  This, in effect, is the same as using a new profile as suggested in comment 2 and comment 3.  Resolving WORKSFORME.
