The download manager should show when a file is missing (this happens a lot if you download and then move them).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download a file
2. Move the file
3. Go to download manager, observe the missing file looks present files
Actual Results:  
File looks normal, only indication is when you attempt to open it, or right click it.

Expected Results:  
Show greyed out icon to show the file is missing.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
Closed: 14 years ago
Resolution: --- → DUPLICATE
