In the toolkit/components/places/src/nsNavHistory.cpp, the definition of nsNavHistory::UnregisterOpenPage is duplicated.

this was a temporary issue, fixed with changeset http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/dc40dbfbddb1
