551759 - Fixes and clarifications for Firefox bookmarks import

1) The item in the pop-up is "Mozilla Firefox", not "Firefox".

2) We should probably list Firefox 2 instructions after the Firefox 3+ instructions.

3) Until we resolve bug 550816 and bug 327035, we need to make it more clear that users should not select the "Mozilla Firefox" option.  Philippe went a couple of rounds on the forum with a guy who read the instructions, did the HTML bookmarks export, and apparently kept choosing "Mozilla Firefox" option rather than "Select a file…" and selecting the exported file he'd just created.

OK, I did 1 and 2 in preparation for Tuesday's 2.0.3 release.

Since bug 550816 is fixed in 2.0.3, I don't think we need to provide the extra emphasis ("don't select this!"), as Firefox won't show up as an import choice in the menu in those cases (and if somehow I missed an edge case, the menu item reads "Mozilla Firefox 2" now).  

I'm open to reconsidering if, after release, we continue to have these sorts of problems, but I think the code-side fix is good enough, and not adding *more* text to the already-lengthy fx3 import instructions is a win.
