Keyboard scrolling scrolls down, sticks on any entry box (e.g., search box), then cannot scroll up, on any Web page. Have to use scroll buttons on side to scroll at all, or click on the page to reactivate keyboard scrolling. This does not always work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to any Web page.
2. Scroll down, then up.
3. It will stick.
Actual Results:
Keyboard scrolling sticks.

Expected Results:
It should scroll smoothly without any sticks, jams or stops, using the keyboard. I have an iMac and have to use the fn key and up or down arrows in order to scroll. This in itself is annoying as no other Mac had this problem. On older Macs, using up and down arrows alone was sufficient for smooth and complete scrolling.
