I cannot cancel dragging favicon, tab nor link by Esc key. Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.3a3pre) Gecko/20100315 Minefield/3.7a3pre My environment: Debian GNU/Linux unstable GTK+ 2.18.7-1 glib 2.22.4-1 GNOME 2.28.2
An update to my system of libsigc++-2.0 (to 2.2.9 from 2.2.4.2) fixed this issue for me.

This bug really frustrates me... But here's something I just noticed: If I turn numlock off, then I can cancel drags in Firefox. If it's on, I cannot cancel them in Firefox. Numlock doesn't affect drag canceling for any other applications I've tried, though.
