Steps to repro:
1. Load https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/post_bug.cgi (I am using nightlies of trunk)
What I expected:
* The page to be sent as HTML and loaded by Firefox
What happened:
* Sometimes the page is sent from the server as plain text rather than HTML (according to the page info)
Notes:
I have seen it on other pages too. The common factor might be the fact that the page has moved.
