In Build 2000100420 there is a flicker when the page is been re-written.
In older builds, like build 2000091820, the transition is smooth.
Its difficult to explain.
I'm going to add a test case to demonstrate the problem.
When a line is added to the main frame the page flickers when it is being 
updated.  If tested on a build like 2000091820, the update is smooth.
Hope you can understand what I'm trying to say.
I see what your saying but I dont know if this a bug or not. Marking as new so
someone can look at it and tell us if it is.

Hmm, not sure if this really should be fixed (and I'm not sure it's a DOM
problem), but I'll leave it on my list for now. --> Future.

Oh, btw, it seems like this only flickers on windows, not on Linux.
