Details

Camino has been building with MOZ_XPINSTALL= for ages. Despite that setting, now that we're building in all of toolkit/, we're getting mozapps/xpinstall/ chrome in our jars.
I'm not sure we want to continue supporting this configure option. I'd prefer to remove it rather than add ifdefs to support it again.
MOZ_XPINSTALL doesn't exist in tree anymore, closing
