Details

Now that Camino is building in all of toolkit/, we've set MOZ_UPDATER= in our confvars.sh to turn off all the Mozilla Update stuff.  Despite that setting, however, we're getting mozapps/update/ chrome in our jars.
I'm not sure we want to continue supporting this configure option. I'd prefer to remove it rather than add ifdefs to support it again.
