dns works, and we can nslookup/ping currently.
We can't get a response from httpd.

Marking blocker since this closes the tree.

Had to do a hard powercycle to get the box back up.

It's up. Not attempting any forensics at this time, and bug 553590 is a better place to discuss what's really going on.
