* Give only native anonymous resizers a background colour (since the scrollcorner background colour is not the default background colour) * Align the resizer image (since the resizer will be smaller in a sidebar) * Switch from chromedir to -moz-locale-dir * Set the width and height on the scrollbar instead of relying on the slider

The resizer background colour is deliberate, otherwise a scrollable textarea (e.g. textarea wrap="off">imagine lots of text here</textarea>) looks odd.

The min-height on the scrollbar causes problems with trees :-(
