Is something wrong with update servers - can i install newest release to be up to date ? Thanks for the support. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.starting Minefield 2. Lunching the update process via "help"==>"Resume Download Minefield 3.7a4pre 3.hanging at "connecting to the update server..."

I Just added it as "security-sensitive" cause i thought update bugs are critical things to share with all visitors ... so if u can modify the type as right people could see it ... tho, I'm re-asking why updates are bugging !? and thanks for the advice / help !

Not sure why you would be stuck mid-download, but there was a change to the update generation code over the weekend so this might be a side-effect. That work is being tracked in bug 554006. However, if you only care about running the latest build and don't care about the fix, I recommend downloading the latest nightly, since you'd be getting a complete update rather than a partial at this point anyway.
