My Navigation Toolbar has New Tab button added next to Home button.
When I first launch Minefield it's there.
When I open New Window New Tab button is no longer there.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right Click Navigation Toolbar > Customize > Add New Tab next to Home button
  Close Browser
2.Open Browser make sure New Tab button is there.
3.Open New Windows, New Tab button is no longer visible in New Window

I have the same in Linux with firefox 4.0b7. Whenever I customize the navigation bar, ie I remove the search box and add the reload/stop button to it, usually on restart it persists. But then, when a website opens a new window, my bank does that, then the default navigation bar is back, and also in my profile. So customizing the navigation bar is not persistent.

Problem not reproducible with Firefox 4 final.
