As can be seen in the attached screenshot, the Updates manager is not fully localizable.
The non-localizable parts currently are:
* the application title (also seen in Windows Taskbar)
* the about dialog
* the application menu.
This is most probably not such a big deal since the Update Manager is usually only seen for a few seconds, but I think it's still worth at least filing this bug.
