When a new tab is loaded, displaying about:blank, the page titles on other tabs appear.

Where they hadn't before because of this bug (thought I should clarify myself).

I'll add some weirdness I've seen here (because it's probably a dupe otherwise :) ).
While I'm reading my Gmail, I have noticed that my tab title doesn't even begin to match the window title, usually only the first character changes, sometimes the second. But it also won't duplicate always either. :(
Also, probably because of a refresh from Gmail, it does correct eventually.
OK! I found a way to reproduce!
1. Start a new tab.
2. Select anything in your history that does NOT begin with C!
3. Watch the title bar load, the title ends up with the first letter of the title while onnecting is concatenated.
