mconnor requested we add the number of active slaves per platform to the wait times notifications emails. Because of the way have our slave pool is configured for easy migration of slaves between the different masters, there isn't a static list we can grok for this. The most accurate way will likely be to prepare a list of unique slaves that have performed builds for that each platform during the current interval and report that number. This will somewhat mitigate the problem we have where slaves sometimes don't come back from reboot.
