55505 - paste to end of a textarea may go to random place

If you fill up the on-screen portion of a textarea (causing it to start
scrolling), then move up and down a lot with the arrow keys, then finally move
the cursor to just past the end of the text and try to paste something, there's
a strong possibility that the pasted text will go into some random part of the
text, instead of at the end.						

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
Write a really long message to a web forum in a very small textarea, and paste
some quotes or URLs from other web pages to the end of your message. :-(							

Actual Results:  blah blah blah blhttp://www.some.domain.org/ah blah blah blah							

Expected Results:  blah blah blah blah blah blah blah http://www.some.domain.org/							

This is compiled from CVS from yesterday morning, but I've been seeing this
problem for a long time.

i find that th is happens regardless of amount of text; pasting seems to detect
where cursor is the moment one pastes instead of honoring insertion point as
indicated by caret.

It's a dup, however, of bug 48786 "Middle click pasting in textfield inserts at
wrong point within field"
