crash clicking "View Saved Passwords..." in Prefs [classic]

Using a mozilla branch build from this morning and the classic theme, I crash
when I go to Advance -> Passwords panel in Preferences and click the button
labeled "View Saved Passwords..."
I'm not sure if it is relevant or not, but I just created a new profile (not
migrated) and was setting my preferences. I can't reproduce the crash in Modern
theme.
