Several characters are assigned multiple times as keyboard shortcuts in the newsgroup context menu of mailnews.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open MailNews.
2. Right-click on a Newsgroup in the list pane.
3.
Actual Results:  
The context menu shows several entries that have the same key assigned (marked
by underlines).

Expected Results:  
All keyboard shortcuts in the context menu should be unique.
