the browser ignores every drop down dialog box. Each and every time I put in an address I must click on the drop down box to get the state added. The has been going on for all version over the 18 months I have been using a MAC MINI now  Snow Leopard w 3.6 firefox (this version of firefox is really FUBAR a lot of things do not work)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.put in an adddress on any site. the state is skipped over

Actual Results:  
must use mouse to activate drop down selection. Tabs are ignored

Expected Results:  
Tab is activated, choices drop down and I can select
