Click a link with an anchor, like one on any of the tinderbox error messages which are supposed to scroll you to the anchor in the document. nothing happens. this is a pretty serious regression, and we can't ship rtm with this bug.
this works on win32, doesn't work on mac. pushing to pollmann only because he's seen this bug in other places (remembering scroll position) and because clayton isn't the one who should own this bug. pollmann: please reassign as appropriate, i'm not targeting you ;)

adding dogfood. without this, it is next to impossible to find the errors in a long tinderbox log, which will just make the tree burn longer...
