Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Mozilla Mail, invoke the preferences dialog via the edit menu.
2. Abort with the cancel button or the escape key.
3. Invoke the filters dialog via the edit menu.
Actual Results: The filters dialog does not have the focus. Instead, mozilla
mail gets the focus again.
Expected Results: The filters dialog should have the focus.

Hrm, could be the windows only dialog related focus bug mucking things up.
Oh, this is another variant of that annoying problem where new windows are
occasionally showing up behind the window that spawned them (eg bug 55460).
Except this one I can readily reproduce. Thanks, and curses.
